JOB DESCRIPTION

NHA KHOA KIM is looking for a business analyst (aka product executive) to immediately contribute to the development of our platform. The one who can communicate and analyze with Stakeholders to define clearly the business requirements. Implement requirements but ensure it is suitable and reasonable to satisfy the user demands/needs. You will be responsible for the development of our core operation product, ensuring that all the requirements that come from all departments are captured, analyzed, and processed accordingly. - Directly working developers, UI/UX, and QA in a scrum team as the product owner.
- Identifying new product requirements and driving their development by combining your experience with inputs from a variety of stakeholders, including internal departments, customers, and upper management.
- Owning the entire product requirement process; including goals, initiatives, epics, features, and user stories / acceptance criteria.
- Building draft UI of functions for developers to follow.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- 2-4 years of experience as a software product manager with experience in ERP, HIS, or other enterprise software products.
- Hands-on experience with deploying HIS solutions for customers is a plus.
- Experience in an Agile / Scrum environment as a product owner.
- Some experience in either software development or UI/UX, and able to demonstrate comprehension of both.
- Strong presentation, communication, and writing skills.
